Take My Shot Productions is a Native-owned New York-based production company founded and run by Chickasaw writer, composer, and producer Nicolette Blount. Dedicated to championing bold, boundary-pushing new works in musical theatre, Take My Shot brings an artist's perspective to every project — developing original works, co-producing emerging voices, and investing in the future of the industry.
Current and recent productions include Savage: The Unconquerable Wanda Savage (in development), Riot Grrrl: The Anti-Punk Musical (in development), Off With Your Head! (in development), Damned If She Does (in development), Millennials Are Killing Musicals (co-producer, completed world premiere run at the Colony Theatre in Burbank), In Pieces by Joey Contreras (co-producer, in development), and Off-Broadway's A Commercial Jingle for Regina Comet (co-producer). Additional credits include Rolling With the Punches and Reprieve and associate producer on the Broadway concept album Winner. Take My Shot is also a founding investor in the Museum of Broadway.
